Our Payment Model

We are a fee-for-service spine center, which means:

• You pay directly for your treatment at the time of service
• We do not participate in in-network insurance plans
• We do accept insurance plans with out-of-network benefits. Talk with our concierge team to learn more.
• We provide detailed documentation (superbill, operative notes) to help you seek reimbursement from your insurer (if applicable)

This model allows us to:

Navigating Out-of-Network Benefits

If your health insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Our administrative team will:

• Offer guidance throughout the reimbursement process

We encourage patients to speak with their insurance provider in advance and request a summary of benefits for out-of-network surgical services.
